WELCOME to our Nanny List Subscription Program! 

This program is designed for families that need a qualified nanny occasionally, but currently do not need OR require on-going nanny services on a regular schedule.  This program is also ideal for families that have a full-time nanny but occasionally need additional support in busy seasons like the holidays.

 

How it works:   Parents pay an annual  fee of $240.00 (that is $20 per month) and receive a monthly pre-screened nannies' list that are available on an occasional basis for evenings, weekends, and daytime hours.  This list is updated the first week of each month and emailed to subscribed parents.  Generally, there are 10-25 nannies on the list each month depending on availability.  You will see nanny contact information and a summary of each nanny’s background and experience. As a client you will contact nannies directly to set up childcare or interviews.  We highly recommend thoroughly discussing expectations, childcare duties, and nanny pay in advance of the scheduled care. We can help you with any issues that may come up on an hourly rate. For example you need us to interview your candidate or draft an employment agreement, or you find yourself paying a nanny a wage that requires you to make deductions. We can help you with anything you need help with in connection to caring for your loved ones on a negociated hourly rate.  It is also recommended that you set a time to meet with the nanny in advance prior to a working relationship with the nanny to make sure it is the right fit. 

 

Nanny Pay:  Generally, we recommend a sustainable nanny wage in the range of

$12-20 per hour depending on the nanny’s experience and the job at hand.  Parents negotiate pay directly with the nanny.  These qualified nannies are non-smoking adults who are screened and have met all requirement previously stated and are ready to work. 

 

To Register: 

Please Call or email us with your interest to a subscription and we will  provide you with a short application to complete and return.  You will pay the fee using a PayPal invoice to start your subscription. We will send you a montly updated list of qualified screened nannies for the year. We cannot guarantee availability of short term nannies, so please contact us of you need a more reliable, and permenant placement. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have.Phone or text:  208.353.2197

 

 

HIRING A LONG-TERM NANNY:  If at any point, you would prefer to hire one of the nannies from our list on an on-going basis, part-time or full-time, live-in/out, we will be more than happy to walk you through the process of hiring your nanny professionally and provide you resources and our three months guarantee. If you are a subscribed client we will offer you a discount on your placement fee depending on when your subscription fee was paid. 

 

Our Guarantee and Replacement Policy:

If a new nanny must be assigned in the first three months of a placement, the Playful Ladybugs Nanny Services will work expeditiously to place a new nanny in your home at No Charge assuming you the client was not the cause of nanny leaving.
