OUR PROGRAMS

 

Our programs are divided into two separate services. The daycare programs, rates, and curriculum may vary from the Nanny Services operations. Although these programs differ, the goal of offering the best childcare is our top priority.  

 

Daycare Facility Program

 

The daycare program conducted in our facility, includes arts and crafts, Preschool curriculum, homework assistance, parent appreciation events once every quarter, a special guest(clown, face painter, Santa Clause, or a puppeteer) once per quarter/6 months/or yearly depending on the event. We also celebrate birthdays while the children are in our care among other fun activities. Playful Ladybugs Daycare, LLC. is open Monday through Friday  6:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m.

 

Daycare Rates:

 

$100.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER CHILD (NON-REFUNDABLE) DUE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT

 

INFANTS (0 MONTHS TO 24 MONTHS) 

FULL TIME (25-50 HRS per week) $460.00 PER MONTH

INFANTS (0 MONTHS TO 24 MONTHS) PART TIME (24 HRS OR LESS per week) $355.00 PER MONTH.

*Anything over part time and full time hours will be charged the hourly rate of $9.00 per hour.

DROP-IN (up to 9 HRS.per day)** $40

**Drop-in's must call ahead to ensure availability. No spots will be held for drop-ins.

 

2 YEARS TO 12 YEARS 

FULL -TIME NON POTTY TRAINED (25-50 HRS.per week) $420.00 PER MONTH 

FULL -TIME POTTY TRAINED (25-50 HRS.per week) $400.00 PER MONTH

PART-TIME non potty trained (24 HRS.OR LESS PER WEEK)* $305.00 PER MONTH

 

FULL -TIME POTTY TRAINED (25-50 HRS.per week) $285 PER MONTH

DROP-IN (up to 9 HRS.per day)** $30

AFTER SCHOOL (12HRS. or less per week)* $250.00 PER MONTH

 

Nanny Services Program

 

This program consists of meeting with our clients face to face, phone interview and or video chats, and discussing the care needs of your loved one. We contract with our clients to find a nanny who is best suited to be their household employee. We do the hard work of interviewing, screening, training, designing, and offering important information relating to becoming a household employee. We will be there to answer questions to the client, and we guarantee a nanny for 4 months in a long term nanny placement at no extra cost.

 

Retainer/ Placement Fees: 

•  A live in Nanny, Caregiver, and or Assistant: Any live in candidate part time or full time with a four month guarantee will require a placement fee of $650.00. To begin the search, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time we sign an agreement.

• A full-time live-out nanny, caregiver, and or an assistant who works 30 hour or more per week with a four month guarantee, we will require a placement fee of $500.00. To start the search, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time clients enter into an agreement.

• A Part-time live out nanny, caregiver, and or an assistant who works 16-29 hours with a 4 month guarantee, we will require a placement fee of $450.00. To begin the search a 50% non-refundable retainer is to be paid at the time clients enter into an agreement.

•  Short Term Nannies, Caregivers, and or assistants, one day to a maximum of three months of services  we will require a placement fee of $300.00. To start the search, a 50% non-refundable retainer is to be paid at the time clients enter into an agreement. 

• For Families who are visiting Idaho and need nannies, caregivers, and/or an assistant.!  We want to help you enjoy your stay!

  • Referral fees for short term nanny care: 

    • One day assignment with a minimum of 48 hour notice:  $35 for the first day and $20 for subsequent days

    • One day assignment with less than 48 hours notice:  $50 for the first day and $20 for subsequent days

    • Holidays:  $50 per day on nationally recgonized United States holiday with mininum 24 hours notice.

    • Weekly rate:  $100 per week with one week's advance notice requested 

 

Suggested pay rates for short-term nannies:  $12-20 per hour to be paid directly to nanny or caregiver at the conclusion of the assignment. It is important for our clients to obey local and federal laws when hiring a household employee. We are happy to help you with the process of becoming a household employee.

In addition to permanent full-time and part-time, live-in and live-out nannies, Playful Ladybugs Nanny Services, LLC. also provides short-term, occasional, temporary nannies, and a daycare facility. We thrive on offering many different childcare options, so you can have a peace of mind.

When you are ready to move forward and would like to schedule an in-home/phone/video chat consultation, we have day or evening appointment times available.   

 

The in-home consultation is currently available to these areas in Idaho:  Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Star, the Greater Treasure Valley, west to the Oregon border, east to Sun Valley and the surrounding areas, and also to McCall, and surrounding areas. There is a mileage charge for consultations outside of the Boise / Treasure Valley metro area. Mileage and Travel Rate: $20.00 per hour to be paid in advance.
